Between 1985 and 1995, it began to provide services with 9 beds within pediatric surgery under the responsibility of Prof. Dr. Gazi AYDIN. Between 1995 and 1997, it began to provide services as part of the general surgery clinic under the responsibility of Prof. Dr. İbrahim TAÇYILDIZ. Between 1997 and 2006, it continued to provide services in the plastic surgery clinic under Specialist Dr. İbrahim AŞKAR. Between 2006 and 2008, the emergency traumatology service provided services under the responsibility of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mustafa ALDEMİR. Between 2008 and 2013, it provided services within plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery under the responsibility of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet BOZKURT. Between 2013 and 2019, it provided services under the responsibility of the Head of the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Caferi Tayyar SELÇUK. From 14/10/2019 until 15/04/2020, it provided services under the responsibility of Prof. Dr. İsmail TOPÇU; since 15/04/2020, it has been providing services under the responsibility of Assist. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Fatih AKKOÇ.
