Registration Procedures

The registrations are received electronically through the e-Government system. However, candidates who are unable to register through the e-Government system can also register in person or through a representative they authorize through a notary public.

  1. The original diploma obtained from the educational institution where the candidate graduated, including those who have previously graduated or dropped out of any higher education institution, or the original newly dated graduation certificate.
  2. The bank receipt indicating that the first installment of the tuition fee for the Evening Education program has been deposited from any branch of Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası to the account of Diyarbakır Branch of Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası. (There is also a branch of Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası located on our university campus. However, there may be congestion at the Vakıflar Bankası branches in Diyarbakır during registration days, so students who wish to do so can benefit from depositing their fees at any Vakıflar Bankası branch in their respective locations using their T.C. ID number to save time. Those who will pay the tuition fees must use Vakıflar Bankası branches and not make electronic fund transfers.)
  3. The matter of whether there is any military obligation that would hinder the registration of male students at the university will be queried by our university through the e-Government system and only those who are indicated to have a military obligation will be requested to obtain an 'Certificate of Exemption from Military Service' from the relevant Military Service Branch Presidency. The names of the candidates who are indicated to have a military obligation and are required to visit the Military Service Branches will be announced on our website,
