Kalam

The science of Kalam is a discipline that aims to examine, justify and defend the principles of Islamic belief as stated in the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah against other views under the guidance of pure intellect. This discipline presents the data obtained from rational and narrative evidence to the perception of believers through appropriate tools. In this context, it investigates all kinds of knowledge about Allah, human beings and the universe. On the other hand, the science of theology has the obligation to reveal, analyze and make sense of the intellectual debates and tensions that have occurred in the historical process around the principles of Islamic belief from a scientific and academic perspective. It demonstrates its commitment to sound knowledge with the slogan of "certain" knowledge, and endeavors to find a way out of this bind in a safe way. Through courses such as Fundamentals of Islamic Belief, History of Theology, Systematic Theology I and Systematic Theology II, it conveys the authentic knowledge it has reached to young generations.
