PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Objective - 1 To Improve The Quality Of Pre-Graduation Medical Teaching
Target 1.1 Every year all course content is transferred to international and national education programs(ÇEP, Bologna, etc.) to ensure that it is updated appropriately and to make the necessary revisions.
Goal 1.2 To conduct at least 2 courses each year to focus on Scenario-based and practice-based training.
Target 1.3 Establish a Simulated / Standardized Patient Training Center within two years
Target 1.4 To establish a measurement and Evaluation Center within one year
Target 1.5 To Share our updated training program with at least 2 NGOs and at least 20 graduating students every year,
Target 1.6 Each year within the framework of undergraduate and graduate education Erasmus etc.10% increase in the number of universities and student quotas for their programs,
Target 1.7% Increase in number of graduates available each year,
Goal 1.8 To organize at least 1 activity for students graduating each year (to improve student–faculty ties and contribute to community needs)
Target 1.9 Each year to organize at least 1 joint activity with official, private and voluntary organizations for the improvement of total health,
Objective - 2 To improve the quality of Post-Graduation Medical Education (Specialty Training)
Target 2.1 To ensure that at least 1 activity to be organized each year in order to introduce specialized training programs,
Goal 2.2 To provide at least 1 Orientation Training to newly started research assistants each year
Target 2.3 To ensure that each year the training of specialties to be updated according to the standards proposed by Specialties Board Exam in medicine and to make the necessary revisions
Objective - 3 To Improve The Qualifications Of The Faculty Members
Target 3.1 To ensure that at least 3 academic staffs to be sent abroad for a long period(>3 months) and to increase this number every year in relation to research subjects.
Target 3.2 Each year increase the number of academic staff by less than 5% within the framework of academic staff planning,
Objective - 4 To improve research activities in our faculty and increase the number and quality of publications
Target 4.1 To ensure at least 2 research projects are presented to TÜBITAK every year,
Goal 4.2 To ensure at least 2 projects are presented to the Ministry and other organizations each year,
Target 4.3 To ensure that at least 30 projects are submitted to DÜBAP each year
Target 4.4 To increase the number of SCI / SCIE publications by at least 5 %,
Target 4.5 Increase the number of acadrmic staffs' participation in scientific meetings held at national and international levels each year
Target 4.6 To encourage the Depertments/ Subdepartments of Faculties organise at least 1 scientific activity(congress/symposium/panel/workshop/conference) every year
Objective - 5 To Ensure The Restructuring Of The Faculty Within The Framework Of Good Management Practices
Target 5.1 Make self-assessment work within the scope of Quality and Accreditation across the faculty every year,
Goal 5.2 To conduct a Faculty-wide Satisfaction Survey (student-employee) each year,
Target 5.3 Performing the performance measurement in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the faculties and units each year,
Aim - 6 To improve the Corporate Culture and Identity of the Faculty
Target 6.1 To increase students participate in extracurricular activities (seminars, concerts, student communities, etc.) each year,
Goal 6.2 Each year to make at least 1 activity that will contribute to the loyalty and satisfaction of the employees to the institution,
Goal 6.3 Making at least 1 social sensitivity project that will contribute to corporate culture every year,
Target 6.4 to introduce faculty in at least 2 activities organized by Primary and Secondary Education Institutions each year,
Target 6.5 To perform at least 2 activities(health screening etc.) for the needs of the region every year,
AIM - 7 To pay attention to Consultancy and Guidance Services
Target 7.1 Doing at least 1 activity each year to improve Guidance Services for students,
Goal 7.2 To create scholarship opportunities for students in need each year,
The goal 7.3 is to organize an Orientation activity and Medical Gown Wearing ceremony for first grade students each year.
Target 7.4 Providing consultancy services to institutions and organizations every year
Objective - 8 To develop the Infrastructure of our faculty and E-faculty Structure
Target 8.1 Improving the physical infrastructure conditions of the Deanery and Clinical Training Environments according to the number of students each year,
Goal 8.2 To create a library environment within the faculty in five (5) years that will allow students to access accessible publications and databases,
Target 8.3 Creating additional reading halls to increase the capacity of existing reading halls within five (5) years,
Objective 8.4 To activate the existing sports field for sporting activities within two years and to ensure its continuity every year,
Target 8.5 to provide on-campus service for Intern and senior students in one year and to ensure continuity every year,
Target 8.6 Keeping the computer lab open during working hours in line with student demands and increasing the number of computers by 20% each year,
