Department of Emergency Medicine

The aim of the Department of Emergency Medicine is to provide diagnosis and treatment to patients presenting to the emergency department according to international standards, reduce the length of stay in the emergency department, plan the education of medical faculty students, residents, and auxiliary staff, enhance the quality and quantity of education and scientific research, improve the physical and infrastructure conditions of the emergency department according to the Ministry of Health's guidelines, work towards the widespread dissemination of post-graduate emergency medicine education, ensure the coordination with other departments and emergency services for appropriate hospital transfers of patients, and plan emergency medicine-related conferences and symposiums.
