The vision of the Department of Civil Engineering at Dicle University Faculty of Engineering is to educate highly qualified civil engineers who are equipped with the knowledge and skills required by the modern era, capable of developing solutions to societal challenges, committed to universal values, and guided by professional and ethical principles.
