The valuable legacy they left to science, engineering, and society will always be remembered and will continue to inspire future generations.
| Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nizamettin HAMİDİ Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nizamettin Hamidi graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1982. He was among the founding academics of the Department of Civil Engineering at Dicle University Faculty of Engineering and played a significant role in the establishment and development of the Department. While serving in the Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering Division, he made valuable contributions to engineering education, scientific research, and the training of future civil engineers. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nizamettin Hamidi passed away in 2024. He will always be remembered with respect, gratitude, and appreciation for his dedicated service to our Department, the engineering profession, and the academic community. |
