Transportation Engineering Division
The Transportation Engineering Division is concerned with the planning, design, operation, and management of transportation systems, including highways, railways, and other transportation networks. The Division conducts educational and research activities in key areas such as traffic engineering, highway geometric design, transportation safety, mobility planning, and sustainable transportation systems.
The primary objective of the Division is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop efficient, safe, and sustainable transportation infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of society. Through its educational and research activities, the Division contributes to the advancement of transportation technologies and the improvement of transportation systems at local, regional, and national levels.
