Measurement and Evaluation in Education

Measurement and Evaluation in Education

Measurement and Evaluation in Education was defined as a sub-department of the Department of Educational Sciences with the Teacher Training New Structuring Model within the 1997-1998 Reform and took its place in the academic organization of the Faculty. The main purpose of the Department is to train expert personnel in the preparation and development of measurement tools used in education, the interpretation of scores obtained from these tools, the evaluation of results, and the reevaluation of instructional programs and teaching activities based on these results. Graduates of the program take positions as measurement and evaluation specialists in the educational units of both public and private schools, as well as in the measurement and evaluation and program development units of the National Education Center Organization.
