Bildiri Formatı
Bildiri, Türkçe veya İngilizce dilinde
yazılabilir. Bildiri yazılan dilde sunulacaktır. Katılımcılar sempozyuma özet
bildiri veya tam bildiri olarak katılabilir. Sisteme yüklenen her bildiri
için otomatik olarak sorumlu yazara bilgilendirme e-postası gönderilir.
Bilgilendirme e-postası spam kutusuna düşebilir. Bilgilendirme e-postası yazara
ulaşmaması durumunda düzenleme kurulu (elcezerisempozyumu@dicle.edu.tr) ile irtibata geçmesi beklenir.Katılımcılar sempozyuma göndermiş oldukları
çalışmalardan sorumlu ve yükümlüdür. Oluşabilecek etik, hukuki ve diğer
sorunlarda tüm yükümlülük tek taraflı olarak yazarlara aittir.
a) Özet Bildiri ile Katılım
- Özet bildiri, Türkçe veya İngilizce dilinde
yazılabilir. Hangi dilde yazılacak ise belirlenen şablon kullanılmaldır.
- Özet bildiriye Kaynakça bölümü eklenmez.
- Özet bildiri, sisteme Microsoft Word dosyası
olarak yüklenmelidir.
- Özet bildiri, (başlık ve anahtar kelimler
hariç) en az 200 en çok 750 kelimeden oluşmalıdır.
- Yukarıda belirtilen ölçütleri sağlamayan
bildiriler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
b) Tam Bildiri ile Katılım
- Tam bildiri, Türkçe veya İngilizce dilinde
yazılabilir. Hangi dilde yazılacak ise belirlenen şablon kullanılmaldır.
- Tam
bildiri, sisteme Microsoft Word dosyası olarak yüklenmelidir.
- Tam
bildiri, en fazla 8 sayfa olarak hazırlanmalıdır.
- Yukarıda
belirtilen ölçütleri sağlamayan bildiriler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
Presentation Format
The paper can be written in Turkish or English. The
paper will be submitted in the written language. Participants can participate
in the symposium as a summary or full paper. For each paper uploaded to the
system, a notification e-mail is automatically sent to the responsible author.
Notification e-mail may go to spam box. If the informative e-mail does not
reach the author, it is expected that he or she will contact the organizing
committee (elcezerisempozyumu@dicle.edu.tr). The participants are responsible
and liable for the work they have sent to the symposium. All responsibility for
ethical, legal and other problems that may arise belongs to the authors
unilaterally.
a) Participation with Abstract
Paper
- Abstracts can be written in Turkish or English.
In which language it will be written, the specified template should be
used.
- Bibliography section is not added to the
abstract.
- The abstract should be uploaded to the system as
a Microsoft Word file.
- The abstract should consist of at least 200 and
at most 750 words (excluding the title and keywords).
- Papers that do not meet the above criteria will
not be considered.
b) Participation with Full Paper
- The full paper can be written in Turkish or
English. In which language it will be written, the specified template
should be used.
- The full paper must be uploaded to the system as
a Microsoft Word file.
- The full paper should be prepared in maximum 8
pages.
- Papers that do not meet the above criteria will
not be considered.
