Our symposium has been organized with the aim of addressing and producing recommendations for identifying health issues and planning and implementing nursing approaches in providing health services to individuals from different cultures after disasters. Our country is one that experiences many types of disasters and is classified in the "high risk" group in the Global Risk Index. After disasters, individuals are forced to migrate from their settlements to other areas. Our country has become a place with significant internal and external migration due to disasters, and the effects of cultural changes have started to be observed. The multidimensional cultural interactions have created a need for intercultural nursing approaches. There is an increasing need for nurses to specialize in this area to provide quality and culturally appropriate care. We are honored to invite you to a scientific symposium where academic nurses and expert clinical nurses from different countries will share their insights.
