Program Introduction
The program trains intermediate staff needed in the construction sector whose responsibilities and authorities are determined by a regulation. Construction technicians graduated from the two-year program are authorized within the limits of the regulations to repair all kinds of construction, surveillance services of all construction, to make projects of buildings to a certain extent and under certain conditions, construct the building of a limited size, and to be a controller and an engineer assistant at any construction site whose liability has been taken over by engineers and architects. The program has workshop facilities as well.
