Faculty Administrative Board (Academic Organization Regulation in Universities, art. 10).

a) Composition and Functioning: The Faculty Executive Board consists of three professors, two associate professors, and one assistant professor, elected by the Faculty Council for a three-year term, and is chaired by the dean.

The Faculty Executive Board convenes at the dean’s request. The Executive Board may establish temporary working groups and academic affairs coordinatorships as it deems necessary and define their responsibilities.

b) Duties: The Faculty Administrative Board serves as an advisory body to the dean in administrative matters and performs the following duties:

1. Assist the dean in implementing the principles established by the Faculty Council,

2. Ensure the implementation of the faculty’s education and teaching plans, programs, and academic calendar,

3. To prepare the faculty’s investment, program, and budget proposals,

4. To make decisions on all matters related to faculty administration brought forward by the dean,

5. To make decisions regarding student admissions, course transfers, expulsions, and procedures related to education, teaching, and examinations,

6. To perform other duties assigned by laws and regulations.
