MISSION

Dicle University Career Planning Application and Research Center is a unit established to support students and graduates in their career planning and to prepare them for successful entry into the job market. Additionally, it aims to contribute to the development of our country's and university's human resources potential and performance. In this regard, our main missions are to enhance the reputation and desirability of our university, increase the employment opportunities for our students and graduates in line with the demands of the business world, enable them to make career plans based on their interests and abilities, and provide support during their transition to the labor market. We strive to develop competent professionals who know what they want, are aware of their opportunities and limitations, understand and can adapt to the conditions, and are willing to improve and enhance them according to their interests and abilities.

VISSION

The main vision of the Career Center is to see the graduates of our university at the highest career steps they desire in business life. Our main vision is to be the pioneer of job guidance services in our region, to plan each student and graduate in line with their interests and abilities with the right person for the right job model through connections with business stakeholders, and to take appreciated and important positions among career centers in our country and institutions that organize career planning services and job guidance activities. To be a research university that will contribute to its region, country and universal science.

In line with this vision, our university aims to:
