PHARMACOGNOSY
In the pharmacognosy, it is aimed to teach natural origin drugs and drug raw materials and theirsources, effects and uses. In the pharmacognosy laboratory, determination, isolation, and structure determination of natural bioactive compounds of biological origin, determination ofbiological activities of medicinal plants by in vitro and in vivo methods, quality control andstandardization of herbal drugs and extracts, and analysis of herbal drugs used in phytotherapyare carried out.
