PHARMACEUTICAL TOXICOLOGY
It is a science branch that examines the interactions between drugs, nonpharmaceuticalchemicals and biological systems in terms of harmful consequences. Within the scope of our curriculum, by the Departmentof Pharmaceutical Toxicology; theoretical and applied lectures are given on toxic effects and mechanisms of drugs and non-pharmaceuticalchemicals, individual differences in terms of toxic effects, drug safety, pharmacovigilance, first aid and precautions to be taken inpoisonings, and detection methods of toxic effects.
