Significant conveniences and support have been provided to participants by
means of the financial contributions of Dicle University and other sponsors.
Participation costs have been kept quite low compared to other international
conditions. Therefore, no additional registration fee will be charged. In
addition, an additional discount is provided for students or participants under
the age of 35 with the support of Dicle University and Sponsors. In this
situation, they will need to prove their status with their student ID or
passport information. Students over the age of 35 will not be able to benefit
from this discount.
The fees will be paid at the registration desk because banks charge
significant commissions on international payments.
The participation fees given below include registration fee, a certificate,
name badge, conference bag, city transportation, hotel and meal expenses for
per person. The prices given are per person in a double room (or two single
bed). Who wishing to stay in a single room will pay an additional 20 Euros per
person per night. Participants who wish to arrive before the specified date and
depart at a later date will be responsible for their own hotel and meal
expenses.
For a 5-night fullboard stay (28 September-2 October, 2026), the same fee (350
or 250 Euos) will be paid even if participants arrived one day late or left
early, according to the terms and conditions of the agreement for reservations.
Museum entrance fees for the technical and cultural tours will be the
responsibility of the participants. A small additional fee (approximately 15-20
Euros) may be charged for technical and/or cultural tour for
different cities. The museum entrance
fees will be paid by participants if they want to enter into the museums.

Participants from Turkiye will pay a fee of 3000 TL upon registration and
will pay for their own hotel and/or guesthouse accommodation. There will be no
additional charges for meals, certificates, name badges, conference bags, or
city transportation. Participants from Türkiye must send the registration fee
(3000 TL) to the account TR960001500158007376312192, Öner Çetin) before the
deadline. Registration
fees paid are non-refundable after the stated deadline (July 1, 2026).
Reservations will be made for participants by organizing committee at the
University Hotels located within the Dicle University campus (See the link of
Venue & Accommodation). Depending on request of the participants, reservations may also be made at other
guesthouses or suitable hotels. In addition, reservations might be made at
numerous private hotels in the city center, depending on request. In this case,
participants are responsible for paying the hotel additional fee.
