Department of Business Administration
History
Department of Business Administration started education in the academic year of 2008-2009. The purpose of the Department of Business Administration is to provide students with the ability to apply their knowledge to real life, draw conclusions and develop new strategies, after giving them a good foundation in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing and statistics. For this purpose, university-industry cooperation will be utilized to the greatest extent in the implementation of the training program.
Degree Earned
This department is subject to the 240 ECTS credits first stage degree system in the field of Economics in higher education. When the program is successfully completed and the program qualifications are provided, a Bachelor's degree in Business Science is obtained.
Graduates have the opportunity to work in various departments of enterprises as professional staff and managers, as well as inspector, account specialist, controller and similar duties in public and private sector organizations.
It is possible for graduates of the department, who have gained the qualifications to establish an independent business, to work as independent accountants and financial advisors.
Students who successfully complete the program can apply for master's and doctorate degrees in the field of Business Administration or other disciplines that accept students from this field.
