Students who have the
right to settle in our university by applying to Dicle University Associate and
Undergraduate Programs in the 2023-2024 academic year through the Ondokuz Mays
University (OMU) Preference System are required to apply to Dicle University
Registrar's Office personally or by proxy between July 27 and August 4 , 2023,
in accordance with the protocol signed by Dicle University and Samsun Ondokuz
Mayıs University in 2023. During registration, the following documents must be
submitted:
1) A Turkish copy of the
high school diploma that has been approved by the Republic of Turkey or a
Turkish Embassy or Consulate: (Candidates who have not yet received the
equivalence certificate will have the "Equivalence Certificate,"
which can be obtained from the Ministry of National Education of the Republic
of Turkey or the Turkish Embassy / Consulate in their country, demonstrating
that their high school diplomas are equivalent to those obtained from Turkish
high schools at the time of application.)
2) Transcript: If the
transcript is not in Turkish, a certified copy translated into Turkish by the
Notary Public / Turkish Embassy / Consulate of the Republic of Turkey must be
submitted alongside the transcript.
3) Samsun Ondokuz Mays University YÖS Exam result,
4) A certified copy of
the passport translated into Turkish by a Notary Public / Turkish Embassy /
Consulate of the Republic of Turkey,
5) All documents
submitted to the application system must be originals or certified copies of documents
issued by the Republic of Turkey. Documents with photocopied seals and
signatures are not allowed. Applications with missing papers will be rejected,
and the candidate will be unregistered.
6. The official document
obtained from the Turkish Embassy/Consulate or the TR National Education
Directorates stating that Turkish national candidates who graduated from
secondary education institutions opened by the Ministry of National Education
of the Republic of Turkey abroad, or from an institution abroad equivalent to
the secondary education institution in our country, have completed their entire
education in the institution affiliated with the Turkish Ministry of Education.
