Our Goal

It is necessary to meet the need of the society for intermediate staff who can catch up with today's developing communication and technology age, constantly improve themselves professionally, identify problems and produce solutions. It is important for companies to train experts and academicians in vocational education to meet this need. As Turkey's population increases, the demand for the right to education, which is one of the most fundamental rights of people, increases. This increase also poses the problem of providing an educational environment for every individual. In order to overcome this problem, Computer Technologies are utilized to the maximum extent. In these days when computers and the Internet have entered every aspect of our lives, it is inevitable to utilize computers and the Internet in educational environments. The Internet is becoming an important teaching tool in providing students with learning skills throughout their lives. Businesses need qualified intermediate manpower in order to follow this rapidly developing technology, to compete and to realize their goals, and to train intermediate manpower in the desired qualifications is the aim and goal of educational institutions, especially Vocational Schools.

Determining the need for vocational education:

In today's rapidly advancing technology, there is a need for intermediate staff and technicians in the IT sector. Vocational education graduates are needed in almost every field from education to industry, private sector, public institutions, municipalities and many other places. Vocational colleges are the educational institutions where intermediate staff requirements are met and trained. It is very important to determine the content of the education programs in these schools and the adequacy of the teaching staff and training materials and the extent to which the technical education provided meets the needs of the sector.

Reshaping of occupational requirements with the introduction of new technologies:

Developments in the technical field directly affect the business world and lead to changes in the business world. The importance of technological education is increasing day by day with the developing computer technologies and a quality vocational education organized according to the developing and changing environment. It is not possible to train qualified personnel needed by the market only with academic education. Vocational education given in Vocational Schools creates employment in many fields. Efficient workforce and the use of computer technologies with vocational education significantly close the need for intermediate staff of professions. Vocational Schools have an important share in the training of technical and vocational intermediate staff, which constitute an important part of the business world. For this reason, we have to meet the informatics needs of some sectors that make maximum use of computer technologies, which are intertwined with all kinds of sectors, and to reveal how much of this need is met.

With the Pandemic Process, technology is being utilized more and more, and professional qualifications are changing.

With the Pandemic Process, there is a need for intermediate staff and technicians in the IT sector today, where technology is advancing rapidly. Computer technology employees are needed in almost every field from education to industry, private sector, public institutions, municipalities and many other fields. Vocational colleges are the educational institutions where intermediate staff requirements are met and trained. It is very important to determine the content of the education programs in these schools and the adequacy of the teaching staff and training materials and the extent to which the technical education provided meets the needs of the sector. During the pandemic process, many companies and institution officials want to make the best use of their staff, improve service quality and increase competitiveness. The only way to do this is through personnel who are well and adequately trained, who can utilize computer technologies at a very good level, and who can provide better quality service and production in less time.

The importance of training intermediate staff who meet the sectoral requirements of public institutions and private sector companies and who can use technology so quickly and effectively:

From time to time, it is reported in the press that institutions have difficulties in finding workers with the desired education and skills. In order to meet the demand for intermediate staff, many institutions, the Ministry of National Education and İş Kur, open public education courses and vocational training courses and attract attention. It is also very important that individuals receiving vocational training train themselves in the best way and strive to gain qualifications that can meet sectoral needs. A well-trained employee is a sought-after employee throughout his/her business life. Vocational educators must continuously develop their skills in technological change as well as social and cultural evolution and be able to reflect this change in their classrooms. Further training of teachers, especially in terms of professional, teaching and socio-political views, is considered necessary.
