Department of Sports Management
The Department of Sports Management aims to train sports managers who are experts in the field of sports science, have the highest level of competencies, and attach importance to ethical values. These managers will have superior knowledge and experience, developed leadership qualities, and be creative and open to innovations.
The department's main goal is to provide sports education in general and special fields, and to train individuals with the highest level of sports management, organization, and facility knowledge in the selected field of specialization.
The department also aims to train competent and qualified sports managers for Turkish sports organizations, private institutions, and organizations. The department seeks to create human resources that will be effective in national and international organizations in the fields of sports management and leadership.

Program Overview
The Department of Sports Management is a four-year undergraduate program that awards a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. Students must successfully complete 240 ECTS credits of coursework, including both theoretical and practical modules, in order to graduate. The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need to work in a variety of sports management roles, such as event management, facility management, and marketing. Students also have the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships and placements. Upon graduation, students will be qualified to work in a variety of sports management roles in the public and private sectors. They may also pursue further study at the graduate level.
