According to the protocol signed by
Dicle University and Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2023, students at the Associate
and Undergraduate levels will be accepted to Dicle University through the
Ondokuz Mays University (OMÜ) Preference System in the 2023-2024 academic year.
In order to apply to our university candidates must have taken the Ondokuz Mayıs
University International Student Entrance Examination (OMÜ-YÖS 2023) and have a
minimum score for the departments they want to study.
Using the Ondokuz Mayıs University
preference system, prospective students can also apply to the following
universities: Amasya University, Ankara Bilim University, Artvin Coruh
University, Avrasya University, Bayburt University, Bingol University, Dicle
University, Gümüşhane University, Istanbul University, Kastamonu University,
Kilis 7 Aralık University, Lokman Hekim University, Recep Tayyip Erdogan
