on 02.08.1969 in Bismil Diyarbakır was born. Primary, secondary and high school education in Diyarbakır in 1986'completed. In 1991, the University of Dicle, Faculty of science, cum laude from the physics department and in 2014, Dicle University, engineering faculty, Civil Engineering Department graduated with honors. 1992 started working as a research assistant at Dicle University, Science Faculty, physics department'nde; Department of Condensed Matter Physics'at 2009, assistant professor, 2013 associate professor , became professor in the year 2019.
