Prof. Dr. Ezeli Azarkan
Ezeli Azarkan was born in Diyarbakir. He obtained his doctoral degree from Istanbul University in 2002. He has been working at Dicle University, Faculty of Law since 1998. He was appointed as Assistant Professor in 2004, Associate Professor in 2013, and Professor in 2019 at Dicle University, Faculty of Law. He has three books and various publications in the field of International Law.
