History

On October 3, 1997, our Vocational School, originally established as "Dicle University Çüngüş Vocational School," conducted its activities until September 2007 at the campus of Ergani Vocational School in Ergani district. In the 2007-2008 academic year, the construction of a new building in Çüngüş District, located 117 km away from Diyarbakır, was completed, and our school moved to this facility. Continuing its educational activities under the new name and in the new building, the school operated until the year 2018.

Within our institution, there was only one program, the Electrical program. However, in accordance with a decision made by the Higher Education Council (YÖK), student admissions to this program were suspended starting from the 2018-2019 academic year.

In the 2019-2020 academic year, our Vocational School resumed its services at the Ergani Vocational School campus in Ergani District, and our efforts for student admissions continue.
