 Program Introduction
  Food, an essential nutrient for life, needs to be delivered to consumers with freshness, hygiene, and desired taste-aroma properties. The Food Technology Program is designed to provide students with sufficient education in food processing, quality control activities in food products, establishment and organization of food businesses, evaluation of food by-products, microbiology, hygiene, and sanitation.
