In addition to this, Student Affairs Directorate runs the correspondence concerning students with Faculties and  Schools, High University Council, the general Secretary of the Social Solidarity  Encouragement Fund, General Directory of the Student Hostel and Governership on behalf of the Rectorate, and also does announcing educational changes, checking and enrolling the diplomas, informing the students on the subjects concerning them, preparing the student’s guide book and student identification cards.
