Application Procedure

Send us an e-mail containing your purpose of visit, visit dates and possible visit plan:

Then we discuss your request with our department coordinator. When the departmental authorities confirm your visit, our Office will send you an invitation letter by e-mail (if requested, original copy will be sent to your correspondance adress, too).

After you received the invitation letter, please prepare your Mobility Agreement. You can find the guide below.

Signed and stamped (between you and your institution) Mobility Agreement must be scanned and sent us by e-mail.

Do not forget to bring the wet signed document with you during your visit.
