4. 1 Mode of study:

       Full time, Masters with Thesis

 

4.2 Programme requirements:

      A Student is required to have a minimum of 308 credit courses (360 ECTS) and a minimum overall award average of 50 out of 100 and also no failing grades and defend a thesis. 

 

 

 

    

4.3 Programme details and the individual grades/marks obtained:

       There is at least one intermit and one final examination for each course. The mark for each course is calculated as the sum of the intermit exam(s) (50%) plus the final exam (50%) for theoretical courses whereas for laboratory courses this is calculated as the sum of the intermit exam(s) (50%) plus the final exam (50%). The overall award average is the sum of all marks gained for all courses taken. Students whose overall award average is between 80 and 89 are listed as Exellent (Çokiyi-Şeref) graduates and those whose overall award average is between 90 and 100 are listed as Distinction (Pekiyi-Yüksek Şeref) graduates. 1 credit =1 hour for theoretical courses and 1 credit = 2 hours for practical (laboratory) courses.
