Prof. Dr. Mehmet KARAKOÇ

Mehmet Karakoç was born in Nevşehir in 1972. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He received his medical specialty degree from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2012. In 2009, he was appointed as Assistant Professor, in 2012 he became Associate Professor and in 2019 he became Professor. He held various administrative positions in public and private hospitals. Between 2019-2020, he served as the Dean of Karabük University Faculty of Medicine. He is a member of various medical associations and foundations such as Turkish Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association, Turkish Rheumatism Association and Ahi Culture Research and Education Foundation.
