Mission
The aim is to increase the number of bilateral agreements within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Program, achieve maximum personnel and student mobility with the project budgets acquired, optimize budget utilization, and ensure the effective implementation of the Mevlana Program at Dicle University through coordinated collaboration with the Higher Education Institution.
